Spiced HQ

A home for browser games.

What spiced.gg is

spiced.gg is a browser-based marketplace where you can jump straight into indie HTML5 games with zero downloads, installs, or app-store friction. Just click and play.

For developers, it is built as a distribution and support platform: games made in Godot (or other Web/HTML5-exportable engines) can be uploaded and monetized through a lightweight SDK that plugs into things like save/load, leaderboards, remote config, and player identity, so devs get real infrastructure without having to build their own backend.

Spiced is about discovery and sustainability for indie creators on one side, and instant, no-friction play for gamers on the other: a home for the kind of small, weird, wonderful browser games that don’t always get a fair shot on bigger platforms.

Why spiced.gg?

  • No install, no launcher, no store client. A link is the whole thing. Click it and the game runs in the tab you already have open.
  • Your vote counts. Thumbs up or down, once you have real playtime in the game and some playing history on your account.
  • Spice you earn anywhere and spend anywhere. Playing time in any game, free or paid, earns it. You spend it on in-game items, on donations to the developers you like, or on a whole game.
  • Every build is scanned before it reaches you. A game only enters the catalog by passing our publishing pipeline.
  • You can filter AI out if you want to. See our AI content policy for more information.
  • Your games remember where you were. For games that support it, your saved files follow you to every device.
  • Support your favorite developers directly. Buy their game or send them a donation, and the money goes to them: the payment runs through the developer’s own Stripe account, not a platform wallet. spiced.gg takes 10% and the rest is theirs.

If you’ve been building games in the dark with nowhere that feels like home, or you’re a player looking for something better than another algorithm feed deciding what is good, that is who this was built for.
